All positions are 19+ years of age and live-on site during the camp session. Our average camp staff is 22/23 years old and it’s not uncommon for a 27/28 year old camp counselor.
Please read the description before applying for the position. Positions include:
Camp Counselor Positions: Day Camp Counselor, Overnight Camp Counselor, Adventure Camp Counselor
Leadership Positions (previous youth program experience required): Lead Day Camp Counselor, Lead Overnight Camp Counselor, Lead Adventure Camp Counselor, Program Director
Support Staff Positions: Camp Nurse, Camp Behavior Counselor, Kitchen Staff
Guide and supervise our youngest campers in their daily living environment. Lead a group of day campers from activity to activity as they learn and explore new skills and opportunities. Once our little campers go home, join in on the evening camp games, campfire and assist with bed times duties.

Guide and supervise campers in their daily living environment within our traditional residential Youth & Villager Camps with a preference to younger cabin age groups. Lead campers in cabin activities, program activities, and throughout camp, while assisting in the overall care of camp.

Guide and supervise campers in their daily living environment within our outdoor Adventure Camp Program. Lead campers in cabin community activities, traditional program activities, and specialized program activities throughout camp, while assisting in the overall care of camp. Go on a half day off-site canoe trip. When programs are not in session assist leading activities and other programs where needed.

Design and deliver all Day Camp Program activities and events under the supervision of the Camp Director, while assisting in the overall management of camp operations. Assist in lead staff requirements and serve as an assistant to the Program Director along with other lead staff. Provide leadership, training, guidance, and supervision to the Day Camp Program team (1 lead, 4 counselors).
Must be 21+ years old.
Previous camp, youth, and/or leadership experience required.
Job Description: Day Camp Head Counselor Job Description
Design and deliver all Overnight Camp Program activities and events under the supervision of the Camp Director, while assisting in the overall management of camp operations. Assist in lead staff requirements and serve as an assistant to the Program Director along with other lead staff. Provide leadership, training, guidance, and supervision to the Overnight Program team (2 lead, 14 counselors).
Must be 21+ years old.

Design and deliver all Adventure Camp Program activities and events under the supervision of the Camp Director, while assisting in the overall management of camp operations. Assist in lead staff requirements and serve as an assistant to the Program Director along with other lead staff. Provide leadership, training, guidance, and supervision to the Adventure Program team (1 lead, 3 counselors).
